Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to face things alone

How I can help you - CBT Therapy

I am an experienced, fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I work with adults in Glasgow, Clarkston, and East Kilbride, offering professional support to help you cope with life’s challenges and overcome difficulties.

Through CBT therapy, I can help you:

  • Manage anxiety, stress, or low mood
  • Work through depression, trauma, or past experiences
  • Improve self-esteem, confidence, and relationships
  • Break unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour

I provide therapy in a calm, private, and safe environment, either in-person at one of my Glasgow-area locations, online via secure video sessions, or a combination of both, depending on your preference. My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your individual needs, helping you develop strategies that make a real difference in your daily life.
